Υπάρχει πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης ή ορμονικό πρόβλημα με αχνό θετικό τεστ;

Γειά σας θα ήθελα την βοήθειά σας Αυτό το μήνα στις 24/1 έκανα ένα τεστ βγήκε αχνό θετικό δεν έδωσα βάση γιατί το ίδιο έπαθα και τον προηγούμενο μήνα περίμενα περίοδο στις 26/1 δεν ήρθε ταυτόχρονα είχα και έχω ζαλάδες, ανακατωσούρες, πρησμένο στήθος που πονάει και συχνοουρία με από δύο ημέρες είδα αίμα στις 28/1 ακόμα και σήμερα έχω όχι την ποσότητα που έχω κανονικά πολύ λιγότερη και είναι και πιο έντονες οι ζαλάδες και οι ανακατωσούρες σήμερα ..υπάρχει περίπτωση εγκυμοσύνης ή ορμονικό;
