Χρήση βελόνας ηπαρίνης 1,5 εκ. στην εγκυμοσύνη: κίνδυνος για έμβρυο;
Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι στον 6ο μήνα εγκυμοσύνης και κάνω ενέσεις ηπαρίνης. Ήθελα να ρωτήσω υπάρχει περίπτωση η βελόνα να τρυπήσει τον αμνιακό σάκο ή και το έμβρυο; Το μήκος της πρέπει να είναι περίπου 1,5 εκατοστά. Μου έχουν πει ότι μπορώ να την κάνω και εντελώς κάθετα και υπό γωνία, αλλά όσο μεγαλώνει το μωρό φοβάμαι περισσότερο. Μήπως να μην την μπήγω ολόκληρη μέσα; Αλλά μπορεί και αυτό να είναι λάθος. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να αγχώνεστε, δεν υπάρχει καμία περίπτωση η βελόνα να φτάσει στο έμβρυο.

Kαλησπέρα .Δεν υπάρχει καμία περίπτωση να τρυπήσετε τη μήτρα ή τον αμνιακό σάκο με τη βελόνα χορήγησης ηπαρίνης, καθότι το μήκος της είναι σχεδιασμένο για υποδόρια, δηλαδή κάτω από την επιφάνεια του δέρματος χορήγηση.
