Καλησπέρα πρώτη μέρα περιόδου και ο σύντροφός μου τελείωσε μέσα χωρίς προφυλακτικό..υπάρχει κίνδυνος εγκυμοσύνης;

Η πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης την πρώτη μέρα της περιόδου είναι πολύ χαμηλή, αλλά όχι απολύτως μηδενική. Σε έναν τυπικό κύκλο 28 ημερών, η ωορρηξία συμβαίνει περίπου στη 14η ημέρα, οπότε η πρώτη μέρα της περιόδου θεωρείται εκτός γόνιμων ημερών. Ωστόσο, αν ο κύκλος σας είναι πολύ σύντομος ή ακανόνιστος, και η ωορρηξία έρθει νωρίτερα από το αναμενόμενο, τότε θεωρητικά υπάρχει μικρή πιθανότητα σύλληψης, γιατί το σπέρμα μπορεί να επιβιώσει για 3–5 ημέρες μέσα στο σώμα.
Αν θέλετε να είστε απολύτως ασφαλής και βρίσκεστε εντός 72 ωρών από την επαφή, μπορείτε να συζητήσετε με φαρμακοποιό ή γιατρό το ενδεχόμενο λήψης επείγο...υσας αντισύλληψης ("χάπι της επόμενης ημέρας").
