Οπίσθιος επιπωματικός πλακούντας και αιμάτωμα 19ης εβδομάδας κύησης: Κίνδυνοι;
Είμαι στην 19 εβδομάδα κύησης. Έχω οπίσθιο επιπωματικό πλακούντα. Επίσης έχω αποκόλληση με αιμάτωμα 2,5 εκατοστά στο κάτω χείλος του πλακούντα. (Μειώθηκε κατά το ήμισυ σε σχέση με την 13 εβδομάδα κύησης). Να ανησυχώ ότι μπορεί να συμβεί κακό και σε μένα; Ή κίνδυνο έχει μόνο το έμβρυο; Συνήθως πώς πάνε αντίστοιχες περιπτώσεις με τη δική μου; Μπορεί να συμβεί θάνατος στη μητέρα από την αιμορραγία κατά την κύηση ή τον τοκετό; Ανησυχώ πολύ.

Ο επιπωματικός πλακούντας είναι μία κατάσταση πολύ υψηλού κινδύνου στην εγκυμοσύνη, καθώς πράγματι μπορεί να προκύψει έντονη αιμορραγία απρόβλεπτα, που δύναται να απειλήσει τη ζωή του νεογνού και της μητέρας. Ο τοκετός ακόμα και προγραμματισμένα γίνεται απαραιτήτως με καισαρική τομή. Θα πρέπει να βρίσκεστε σε στενή παρακολούθηση από γυναικολόγο και
οργανωμένο μαιευτήριο σε όλη τη διάκεια της κύησης.
