Κίνδυνος συνδρόμου Down στην 27η εβδομάδα κύησης με υδρονεφρώση;
Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι 28 ετών και στην 27 εβδομάδα κύησης. Στην 20εβδ, στην β επιπέδου, μας είχαν βρει ήπια υδρονεφρώση 5 +4.8 και υπερηχογενής εστία στην αριστερή κοιλία της καρδούλας. Η αυχενική, το ρινικό οστό, η παπαα ήταν όλες καλές! Στην 22 έκανα σε άλλο κέντρο επανεξέταση και βρήκαν χαμηλότερες τιμές υδρονεφρώσης 4.3+4.1 και επαναπροσαρμοσμένη πιθανότητα για σύνδρομο 21 1:1016 Αμνιοπαρακέντηση δεν έκανα ποτέ γιατί φοβόμουν... Ο γιατρός που με παρακολουθεί και ο γιατρός που μου έκανε την πρώτη β επιπέδου, μου έλεγαν να κάνω αμνιο και ότι υπάρχει πιθανότητα για σύνδρομο... Δυο άλλοι γυναικολόγοι και ο άλλος γιατρός που μου έκανε την δεύτερη β επιπέδου με καθησύχασαν.... Ποια η γνώμη σας παρακαλώ;;;; Ο κίνδυνος είναι όντως 1:1016 ή μεγαλύτερος;;;;
