Πρέπει να επαναλάβω την εξέταση κυτταρομεγαλοϊού igm 0.81 για την εγκυμοσύνη;
Καλησπέρα σας, Εχω αντισωματα κυτταρομεγαλοϊόου igm 0,81 με τα όρια για αμφίβολο να είναι 0.9-1.09. Είναι αρνητικά 0.22 και τα igg. Στην προηγούμενη εξεταση τα igm ήταν 0.61. Πάει να πει ότι κόλλησα και το ποσοστό ανεβαίνει? Πρέπει να επαναλάβω την εξεταση για την καλύτερη πορεία της εγκυμοσύνης?

Σε γενικές IgM αντισώματα δείχνουν πρόσφατη λοίμωξη ενώ IgG παλαιά .Η καλύτερη απόδειξη για τον προσδιορισμό παρούσας λοίμωξης από τον κυτταρομεγαλοϊό,
είναι η σημαντική αλλαγή στον τίτλο των αντισωμάτων, σε δύο δείγματα που απέχουν χρονικά
μεταξύ τους (περίπου 2 εβδομάδες), όπου και οι δύο δοκιμές γίνονται στο ίδιο εργαστήριο, την
ίδια στιγμή.

Δεν χρειάζεται να κάνετε τίποτα μην ανησυχείτε, δεν έχετε κολλήσει CMV.

Καλησπέρα σας. Εφόσον και οι 2 εξετάσεις σας για τα IgM είναι αρνητικές δε βλεπω κανέναν λογο για να ανησυχείτε. Τις έχετε δείξει στο γιατρό σας αυτές τις εξετάσεις κ σας ζήτησε κάτι παραπάνω? Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Καλή συνέχεια.
