Καλησπέρα είμαι 31 ετών στην δεύτερη εγκυμοσύνη μου , διανύσω την 13η εβδομάδα κυήσεως άρτια αφιχθείσα από τον εμβρυολογο σας παραθέτω τα αποτελέσματα της Α αυχενικής διαφάνειας μου καθώς και του τεστ pap-a τα οποία με μπέρδεψαν αρκετά : CRL 69mm , ΑΔ 1,90, Pi φλεβωδη πόρου 1,00 ! Μέσο PI μητριαιας αρτηρίας 0,470 ισοδύναμο με 0,97 mom . Βιοχημικές εξετάσεις μητερας : Ελεύθερη β-hCG 49,64 ισοδύναμο με 1,544 mom PAPP A : 2,010 ισοδύναμο με 0,431 MoM ! Πιθανοτητες για τρίσωμια 21 1:419 τρισωμια 18 <1 σε 20.000 τρισωμια 13 <1 σε 20.000 μαιευτήρας μου πρότεινε salospir των 160 mg και αμνιοπαρακέντηση αλλά ο εμβρυολογος το θεωρεί υπερβολή !
