Γεια σας θα μπορούσα να έχω μια απάντηση σχετικά με ένα θέμα που με απασχολεί? Βγήκα ετεροζυγωτης στη μετάλλαξη ΜTHFR C677t και ΜTHFR C677c... Έκανα κ το επόμενο πακέτο εξετάσεων και βγήκαν όλα φυσιολογικά... Θα χρειαστώ αντιπηκτικές η όχι σε επόμενη κύηση???

Όχι δεν θα χρειαστείτε αντιπηκτικες, αλλά θα πρέπει να μετρήσετε την ομοκυστεινη σας για να δείτε αν χρειάζεστε φυλλικο οξύ ώστε να αποφύγετε κάποια θρόμβωση, αν και συνήθως βρίσκουμε αυξημένη ομοκυστείνη σε ομόζυγες μεταλλάξεις.
