Γεια σας! Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω το εξής: Είμαι στην αρχή της κύησης 5 και μιση εβδομάδες και μόλις χθες έμαθα ότι δεν κάνει να χρησιμοποιώ κρέμες με βιταμίνη Α. Όταν το έμαθα εννοείται ότι την σταμάτησα ΄μως μέχρι τότε τη χρησιμοποιούσα καθημερινά (έχει μέσα το συστατικό retinylpalmitate_ Bepanthol αντιρυτιδική κρέμα προσώπου). Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει γίνει κάποια ζημιά στο έμβρυο;

Είναι πολύ μικρή η απορρόφηση και η ποσότητα της ρετινολης στις κρεμες, οπότε δεν θα έχει δημιουργηθεί κάποιο πρόβλημα, αλλά μην την συνεχίσετε.
