23η εβδομάδα εγκυμοσύνης: D διμερή 10.2 μg/ml, χρειάζονται εξετάσεις;
Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι στην 23η εβδομάδα εγκυμοσύνης και τα D διμερή έχουν τιμή 10.2 μg/ml, ενώ το όριο είναι 5. Στην προηγούμενη μηνιαία εξέταση ήταν 0,35. Λαμβάνω ήδη salospir προληπτικά λόγω του ΣΕΛ. Χρειάζεται να προβώ άμεσα σε άλλες εξετάσεις;

Καλησπέρα, τα d-dimers είναι φυσιολογικά ανεβασμένα στην εγκυμοσύνη, οπότε δεν υπάρχει λόγος παρακολούθησης της τιμής τους. Αν έχετε ΣΕΛ τότε θα πρέπει να λάβετε και θρομβοπροφύλαξη τουλάχιστον μετά την 28η εβδ της κύησης και ανάλογα αν υπάρχουν και άλλοι παράγοντες από την αρχή της κύησης.
