Υπερπλασία ενδομητρίου: Είναι η ολική αφαίρεση η λύση;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν από 2 μήνες υποβλήθηκα σε απόξεση λόγω υπερπλασίας ενδομητρίου. Με την επόμενη περίοδο είχα τα ίδια προβλήματα υπερβολικό πόνο και πολύ αιμορραγία. Ο γιατρός μου μου έδωσε dufaston στον επόμενο μήνα πολύ αιμορραγία και υπερβολικό πόνο χωρίς να βοηθάνε τα παυσίπονα. Φοβάμαι να μην εξελιχθεί σε πιο σοβαρή κατάσταση. Πιστεύετε η ολική αφαίρεση θα ήταν η καλύτερη λύση; Ευχαριστώ

Καταλαβαίνω την ανησυχία σας, όμως για να απαντήσουμε αν η ολική αφαίρεση είναι η κατάλληλη λύση, θα πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε πιο αναλυτικά το ιστορικό σας, την ηλικία σας, το είδος της υπερπλασίας δηλαδή αν υπήρχε ατυπία ή όχι, καθώς και την ανταπόκριση στη μέχρι τώρα αγωγή.
Το γεγονός ότι συνεχίζετε να έχετε έντονα συμπτώματα παρά τη θεραπεία σημαίνει ότι χρειάζεται επανεκτίμηση και ίσως αναπροσαρμογή της προσέγγισης.

Εξαρτάται την ηλικία σας. Είτε θα πρέπει να βάλετε ένα σπιράλ mirena και αν δεν βελτιωθεί η υπερπλασία εντός 6 μηνών υστερεκτομή. Εκτός κ αν έχετε τελειώσει με την τεκνοποίηση οπότε μπορείτε να κάνετε απευθείας υστερεκτομή!
