Πώς να ρυθμίσω την περίοδό μου με διατροφή μετά από απώλεια βάρους;
Γεια σας . Δεν έχω γενικά σταθερή περίοδο αλλά έχω να αδιαθετήσω από το καλοκαίρι(7 Αυγούστου) και τώρα έχουμε 17 Δεκεμβρίου . Δεν είχα γενικά σταθερό κύκλο αλλά έχασα αρκετό βάρος και έχω αρχίσει να ανησυχώ για μακροπρόθεσμα πρόβλημα όπως να μην μπορώ να κάνω παιδιά . Τι τροφές να αρχίσω να καταναλώνω περισσότερο για να μου έρθει η περίοδος ;

Καλησπέρα. Εφόσον υπάρχει αμηνόρροια καλό είναι να επισκεφθείτε Γυναικολόγο οι αιτίες είναι αρκετές και χρειάζεται έλεγχος ( υπερηχογραφικός,ορμονικός κλπ).

Καλησπέρα σας. Προφανώς δεν είναι φυσιολογικό να μην έχετε περίοδο για τόσο μεγάλο διάστημα. Όμως η λύση δεν είναι μόνο στο τι τροφές θα καταναλώσετε.
