Πόνος περιόδου λόγω πολυκυστικής ωοθήκης σε γυναίκα 33 ετών;
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 33 χρονών, έχω ήδη ένα παιδί 6 χρονών. Ενώ κάθε χρόνο τα τεστ Παπ ήταν μια χαρά, πριν 1 μήνα που ξαναέκανα βρήκε 1 πολυκυστική ωοθήκη. Σήμερα που έχω 1η μέρα περίοδο, πραγματικά υποφέρω αφόρητα ενώ είχα από την εφηβεία να το ζήσω αυτό. Είναι λόγω της πολυκυστικής αυτός ο πόνος;

Καλησπέρα σας. Η παρουσία μιας πολυκυστικής ωοθήκης στον υπέρηχο από μόνη της δεν σημαίνει κάτι παθολογικό και δεν προκαλεί πόνο περιόδου. Πολλές φορές μπορεί να φανεί έτσι μια ωοθήκη χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα. Κατά τη γνώμη μου ο έντονος πόνος μπορεί να είναι απλώς ένας πιο δύσκολος κύκλος ή να σχετίζεται με κάτι άλλο.
Όμως αν συνεχιστούν οι πόνοι ή επαναληφθούν σε επόμενους κύκλους, καλό είναι να μιλήσετε με τον γιατρό σας για να το εκτιμήσει πιο προσεκτικά.
