Καλημέρα θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω έχω καθηστερηση μια μερα έχω κάνει ένα τεστ αλλά εδειξε αρνιτικο; τι χρειάζεται να κανω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Η μία ημέρα καθυστέρησης είναι πολύ μικρό διάστημα για να αγχωθείτε οτι κάνει συμβαίνει. Φυσικά η πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης θα πρέπει πάντοτε να αποκλείεται. Εάν δεν σας έρθει περίοδος τις επόμενες 20 ημέρες το σωστό θα ήταν να σας εκτιμήσει ένας γυναικολόγος για να αναζητηθούν οι αιτίες της καθυστέρησης. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο. Καλή συνέχεια.
