Γιατί να έχω καθυστέρηση περιόδου στα 48 με οιστραδιόλη Ε2 257 pg/ml και FSH 5,52?
Καλημέρα σας. Είμαι 48 ετών.Η οιστραδιόλη Ε2 είναι 257 pg/ml και έχω FSH 5,52, LH 7,20 και PRL 10,8. Έχω να αδιαθετήσω από 16/12 (τελευταία περίοδος). Ο υπέρηχος που έκανα 14/02/2025 ηταν καλός και το test παπ επίσης, μόνο μία φλεγμονή για την οποία πήρα αντιβίωση και ενδοκολπική θεράπεια η οποία ολκληρώθηκε πριν 10 μέρες. Για ποιο λόγο έχω θα μπορούσα να έχω τέτοια καθυστέρηση?

Καλημέρα σας. Στην ηλικία των 48 ετών, η καθυστέρηση της περιόδου είναι πολύ συχνή λόγω των ορμονικών διακυμάνσεων της περιεμμηνόπαυσης. Τα επίπεδα της FSH είναι χαμηλά αλλά η οιστραδιόλη είναι αρκετά υψηλή, κάτι που συνήθως βλέπουμε οταν υπάρχουν λειτουργικές κύστες στην ωοθήκη.
Δεν φαίνεται να υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας αλλά αν η περίοδος συνεχίσει να μην έρχεται, μπορείτε να κάνετε επανάληψη των FSH και E2 και του υπερήχου για να δείτε αν πλησιάζετε στην εμμηνόπαυση.
