Γιατί έχω παρατεταμένη περίοδο 10 ημερών με φυσιολογική ροή στα 30 μου;
Καλησπέρα. Αυτό τον μήνα και τον προηγούμενο έχω παραπάνω μέρες περίοδο. Δηλαδή τώρα είμαι στη δέκατη μέρα περιόδου όχι όμως με μεγάλη ροή φυσιολογική θα έλεγα. Τι θα μπορούσε να είναι. Πριν 5 μήνες έκανα τεστ παπ κ υπέρηχο και ήταν όλα φυσιολογικά. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι ινομύωμα; να σημειωθεί ότι πριν 6 μήνες στις εξετάσεις αίματος είχα 44.5 αιματοκρίτη και οι περίοδοι μου ήταν μια έτσι μια αλλιώς. Είμαι 30 ετών.

Καλησπέρα σας. Αιμορραγία που διαρκεί πάνω από 7 ημέρες, ακόμη και με φυσιολογική ροή, καλό είναι να διερευνάται. Μπορεί να οφείλεται σε ορμονική διαταραχή, πολύποδα ή και ινομύωμα, ειδικά αν έχουν αλλάξει οι κύκλοι σας. Το φυσιολογικό τεστ Παπ και υπέρηχος πριν 5 μήνες είναι φυσικά ενθαρρυντικά, αλλά δεν αποκλείουν κάτι που εμφανίστηκε πιο πρόσφατα. Όποτε θα συνιστούσα έναν επανέλεγχο με υπέρηχο και γυνιακολογική εξέταση.
