Απουσία περιόδου μετα τα 15-16 έτη ονομάζεται πρωτοπαθής αμηνόρροια και χρειάζεται διερεύνηση. Αρχικά πρέπει να κάνετε υπερηχογραφημα έσω γεννητικών οργάνων ( μητρα- σαλπιγγες- ωοθηκες) και ορμονικό έλεγχο και αναλόγως των αποτελεσματων πιθανα θα χρειαστούν επιπλέον εξετάσεις.

Θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε σε κάποιον γυναικολογο με εξειδίκευση στην παιδική και εφηβική γυναικολογια.

Καλησπέρα. Χρειάζεται μια πλήρης γυναικολογικη αξιολόγηση γιατί δεν είναι φυσιολογικό να μην έχεις δει περίοδο μέχρι τώρα. Ούτε είναι εύκολο να απαντήσει κάποιος με σαφήνεια για την αιτία χωρίς να σε έχει εξετάσει.
