Γεια σας, εχω βαλει σπιραλ μιρενα απο τον 3/2023 και τους τελευταιους δυο μηνες δεν εχω καθολου περιοδο παρα μονο λιγα καφε υγρα στις μερες που θα επρεπε να ημιυν αδιαθετη. Εχω φουσκοματα και πονους ειναι λογικο;

Καλό θα ήταν να σας εξετάσει γυναικολόγος και υπερηχογραφικά, παρολαυτά το να μη βλέπουμε καθόλου περίοδο μετά την τοποθετηση του mirena είναι ένα ενδεχόμενο.

Καλησπέρα σας. Το να έχει ελαττωθεί η περίοδος είναι απόλυτα φυσιολογικό. Μάλιστα ένα 40-80% των γυναικών μπορεί να μην βλέπουν περίοδο μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης. Από την άλλη, ο πόνος που αναφέρετε εάν δεν είναι ο τυπικός που είχατε κατά την κανονική σας περίοδο το σωστό θα ήταν να αξιολογηθεί από τον γυναικολόγο σας. Το σπιραλ είναι ένα ξένο σώμα οπότε θα πρέπει να επιβεβαιώσουμε α) οτι βρίσκεται στη θέση του και β)οτι δεν έχει μολυνθεί. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο και καλή συνέχεια.
