Είναι φυσιολογικές οι έκτακτες συστολές λόγω στρες και συναισθηματικής φόρτισης;

Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 33 ετών όλες οι εξετάσεις καρδιάς βγήκαν άψογες, τρίπλεξ τεστ κοπώσεως και 2 φορές χόλτερ (την μια έδειξε 60 έκτακτες την άλλη καμία έκτακτη). Όταν είμαι συναισθηματικά φορτισμένος (λύπη, στεναχώρια) ή υπό έντονο στρες (κρίση άγχους) σχεδόν πάντα κάνω έκτακτες και υποχωρούν μόνο όταν ηρεμήσω. Μου συμβαίνει σχεδόν μόνο κατά τη διάρκεια αυτών των αισθημάτων ούτε πριν ούτε μετά. Το συναίσθημα είναι σαν μικρές παύσεις στην ταχυκαρδία που προέρχεται από στρες. Είναι φυσιολογικά τα συμπτώματα των έκτακτων σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις;

Καλά όταν είσαι υπό συναισθηματική φόρτιση λογικό είναι να έχεις κάποια αναστάτωση έτσι και αλλιώς οι 60 έκτακτες δεν είναι ουσιαστικά τίποτα
