Αστάθεια και αίσθηση πτώσης μετά από έντονο διάλογο: Στρες;

Καλησπέρα σας έχω παρατηρήσει πως όταν έχω έντονο διάλογο με κάποιον μετά από λίγο νιώθω αστάθεια όταν περπατάω και μια περίεργη αίσθηση στο αυχένα αισθάνομαι ότι περπατάω και θα πέσω. Μπορεί να είναι στρες?

Μπορεί όντως το άγχος σας να σας επηρεάζει, αλλά χρειάζεται και μά νευρολογική ρκτίμηση ότι όλα πάνε καλά.
