Αυχενική 12η εβδομάδα: Χρειάζεται προγεστερόνη ή περίδεση;
Καλησπέρα σας, Έκανα αυχενική την 12η εβδομάδα και το μήκος τραχήλου βρέθηκε 29mm. Εκτός από επανέλεγχο πιστεύετε ότι χρειάζεται να λαμβάνω προγεστερόνη ή να κάνω περίδεση; Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας. Με μήκος τραχήλου κάτω από 25mm στην αυχενική διαφάνεια θεωρούμε οτι έχουμε αυξημένο κίνδυνο πρόωρου τοκετού. Το 29mm είναι οριακό, αλλά δεν αποτελεί από μόνο του ένδειξη για περίδεση. Κατά τη γνώμη μου η προγεστερόνη μπορεί να χορηγηθεί προληπτικά, ειδικά αν υπάρχει ιστορικό πρόωρου τοκετού ή άλλοι παράγοντες κινδύνου.
Για να σας δώσω μια πιο σαφή απάντηση , θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας (αν είχατε πρόωρο τοκετό, χειρουργεία τραχήλου, αίμα, συσπάσεις κ.λπ.). Συζητήστε το με τον γιατρό σας, εκείνος έχει όλα τα δεδομένα και θα σας καθοδηγήσει σωστά. Σας εύχομαι οτι καλύτερο για τη συνέχεια.
