Έχω πρησμένο γόνατο με κύστη Baker μετά από ολική αρθροπλαστική, γιατί;
Έχω κάνει ολική αρθροπλαστική στο αριστερό γόνατο και τώρα εμφάνισε κύστη Baker!Το γόνατό μου είναι πρησμένο και κάνω φυσικοθεραπείες !Που μπορεί να οφείλεται αφού δεν υπάρχουν οι μηνίσκοι?Δεν υπήρξε κανένας τραυματισμός….

Η κύστη Baker εμφανίζεται όταν υπάρχει υγρό στο γόνατο το οποίο πιέζει τον αρθρικό θύλακο, ο οποίος στη συνέχεια "φουσκώνει" προς τα πίσω και σε ένα μέρος δημιουργεί κύστη, η οποία επικοινωνεί με την άρθωση του γόνατος (θύλακο). Οποιαδήποτε δηλαδή αιτία που προκαλεί υγρό στο γόνατο μπορεί να προκαλέσει και κύστη Baker.

Η κύστη Baker δεν οφείλεται μόνο σε μηνισκοπαθεια, ενώ μετά από αρθροπλαστικη δεν είναι σπάνιο να πρηστεί ένα γόνατο
