Είχα μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία με την κοινωνική λειτουργό. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα σεβασμό, ηρεμία και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για την περίπτωσή μου. Άκουσε προσεκτικά, έκανε στοχευμένες ερωτήσεις χωρίς να με πιέζει και μου εξήγησε με απλό και καθαρό τρόπο τις επιλογές και τα επόμενα βήματα. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν ότι δεν ένιωσα «άλλος ένας φάκελος»—ένιωσα άνθρωπος. Φάνηκε καλά καταρτισμένη, οργανωμένη και πρακτική: έφυγα από την επίσκεψη με σαφή εικόνα και με αίσθηση ότι υπάρχει πλάνο. Ενσυναίσθηση και νοιάξιμο ήταν ο σωστός άνθρωπος την σωστή στιγμη έχοντας πολλα εργαλεία στα χέρια της με την κατάλληλη διαχείριση προς εμένα με βοήθησε να επιλύσω τα προβλήματα μου και να ξανά σταθώ στα πόδια μου!
