Δύσκολα αφήνω κριτική όμως δεν μπορούσα να μην μοιραστώ την εμπειρία μου! Ξεκίνησα συνεδρίες σε μια περίοδο έντονου άγχους και η βοήθεια που έλαβα ήταν πραγματικά πολύτιμη. Εχω ξεκινήσει ψυχοθεραπεια με την κυρια Ραπτη τους τελευταιους μηνες κ βλεπω τρομερη βελτιωση στην καθημερινότητα μου σχετικα με το αγχος. Ειμαι πολυ πιο ηρεμη, εχουμε βαλει σε σειρα οτι με απασχολει και μεθοδικα βρισκουμε ακρη. Εχει δειξει κατανοηση, και αντιμετωπιζει εις βαθος και με συστηματικοτητα ολα τα ζητηματα που μαζι φερνουμε στο τραπεζι.
