Alexandra supported me throughout the session to explore what I needed to know about the issue (s) I was asking her about. She had the knowledge of the modality she was using (e.g. astrology) to intervene for clarity at places of confusion and move me on to new ways of thinking/solutions. She remained empathic throughout, felt as if was talking to a friend. I had the sense I could talk to her about anything. I never thought I had to hide. I had a good sense of closure after each session.

Από την πρώτη επίσκεψη ένιωσα ότι βρίσκομαι σε ασφαλές περιβάλλον: Ο χωρος είναι ήσυχος και προσεγμένος, η ώρα της συνεδρίας τηρείται με ακρίβεια και η διαδικασία υποδοχής/πληροφόρησης είναι ξεκάθαρη και χωρίς περιττό τυπικισμό. Η Αλεξανδρα με υποδέχτηκε με αξιοπρέπεια και διακριτική ζεστασιά. Αυτό που μου έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ήταν ο τρόπος που άκουγε,όχι μόνο τα λόγια μου,αλλά και τις παύσεις και τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες που συνήθως μένουν απαρατήρητες. Οι ερωτήσεις της ήταν προσεκτικά δομημένες, και με βοηθούσαν να οργανώσω τις σκέψεις μου. Μου προσέφερε πλαίσιο κατανόησης: εξηγούσε με σαφήνεια τι συμβαίνει, ποιοι παράγοντες πιθανότατα επηρεάζουν τα συναισθήματά μου.Ένιωσα την ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά που κάνει τη διαφορά. Συνοπτικά: προτείνω αυτή τη γιατρό σε όποιον αναζητά σοβαρή, προσηλωμένη και ευαίσθητη ψυχαναλυτική υποστήριξη. Από την πρώτη μας συνεδρία ένιωσα ασφάλεια και κατανόηση. Η κυρία Καρακοπούλου έχει έναν μοναδικό τρόπο να σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα, χωρίς ίχνος κριτικής. Με καθοδήγησε με ευαισθησία αλλά και με σαφήνεια, βοηθώντας με να δω πλευρές του εαυτού μου που δεν είχα συνειδητοποιήσει ποτέ. Η προσέγγισή της συνδυάζει επιστημονική γνώση με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τον άνθρωπο.
