Konstantinos Mpalampanis MD, PhD is a Pathologist - Diabetologist with private clinics in Piraeus, Salamina, and Athens. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, where he also earned his medical degree. He is certified in SCOPE (World Obesity Federation), BLS/AED (Basic Life Support), and ILS/AED (Immediate Life Support) by the European Resuscitation Council. He completed his specialty training in Pathology at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and has since been a University Fellow in Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and the Research Unit of "Attikon" Hospital. Since 2013, as part of his tenure at the 2nd Propaedeutic Clinic of the University of Athens - Diabetology Center, he participates daily in the activities of the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic, contributes to its operations, and has served as a Sub Investigator in over 18 multicenter studies (phase 2 & 3) focusing on Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Fatty Liver Disease, and Lipodystrophies. This activity continues to the present. According to the new provisions of the law and its transitional arrangements, he officially holds the specialization title of "DIABETOLOGIST" since 2021. He has a substantial body of research and teaching work and has participated in conferences and seminars both in Greece and internationally. Finally, it is worth noting that in his private practice, he offers, among other services, specialized diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity screening, as well as dietary services (through collaboration with Dietitians - Nutritionists within the private clinic spaces), always fully understanding the individual needs of each patient.

Garzonis Spyros is an Internist and Diabetologist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital of Athens "Sotiria." Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for more than 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and engagement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a mission of Doctors Without Borders - Greece in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Diabetic Foot Disorders, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, and Doctors Without Borders - Greece.

Raptis Athanasios is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains private clinics in Athens and Kalyvia Attikis. He is an Emeritus Professor of Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus at the Medical School of the University of Athens (EKPA) and an Associate of the Athens Medical Center (Marousi). He specializes in Diabetes Mellitus (type 1, type 2, gestational, insulin pumps), its complications, arterial hypertension, as well as the entire spectrum of metabolic diseases (dyslipidemia, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). He was a member of the Diabetology Center of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of the University of Athens from 1982 to 2024, except for the period of his military service, rural medical practice, and further training. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He underwent two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London, in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at Guy's Hospital, focusing on arterial hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. He possesses significant academic and research work and is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Hellenic Professional Association of Pathologists - Diabetologists, the Hellenic Diabetological Society (elected member of the Board of Directors), and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD).

Dr. Petsiou Elena MD, PhD is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a Doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and earned her Medical degree from the University of L’Aquila, Italy. She specialized in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon". Alongside her private practice, she serves as the Director of the Pathology Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital and has previously held the position of Deputy Director at the "Errikos Dunant" Hospital Center. Dr. Amalia Iliopoulou MD, MRCP is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens, where she was admitted with a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation for her excellent performance in the Panhellenic Examinations. She completed her entire specialty training in the United Kingdom, where she obtained certification in Endocrinology - Diabetes and Internal Medicine. In England, she worked for 10 years, reaching the position of Director of Endocrinology at St James University Hospital, Leeds. Additionally, she was honored to be elected a member of the Royal College of Physicians of London following competitive examination (MRCP London). She returned to Greece at the end of 2013 and has operated her private clinic since 2014, while also serving as a Scientific Collaborator in the Endocrinology Department of Aretaieio Hospital. She attends seminars and medical conferences in her field, mainly in the UK. Finally, she specializes in thyroid and parathyroid gland disorders, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolism, and also manages other conditions such as infertility, pituitary disorders, adrenal diseases, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Dr Skoutas Dimitrios is a Specialist in Internal Medicine - Diabetology and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace with a focus on "Diabetic Foot." In addition to his academic knowledge, he has worked as Scientific Director and Head Internist at the General Clinic "Lysimachos Sarafianos," as a Specialist Internist and Scientific Collaborator at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papageorgiou," as well as an Internist at the Central Polyclinic IKA of Thessaloniki. Finally, he achieved first place in the 1st Medical Knowledge Competition, held during the 38th Panhellenic Medical Congress, with a prize of a four-month scholarship at the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens.

Margaritopoulos Dimitrios is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Petralona. He studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens. Kiortsis Dimitrios, Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, is a Professor at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He maintains private practices in Athens and Ioannina. He received specialized training in Paris at the university hospitals Pitie-Salpetriere, Saint Louis, Hotel Dieu, Trousseau, and Cochin. He holds the three-year diploma in Endocrinology-Metabolic Diseases (DU Paris V). He earned his doctorate (PhD) through collaboration between the Universities of Paris (Paris VI) and Athens. Dr. Eleni Tsaroucha is a specialist in internal medicine and diabetes and has a private practice in Volos. She was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens through the Panhellenic Examinations, from which she graduated after the required six years of study with a grade of 8.1.
