Εξαιρετικά προσιτή τόσο ως επαγγελματίας όσο και ως άνθρωπος. Πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε σε απασχολεί, μιας και οι γνώσεις της πάνω στο αντικείμενο είναι αστειρευτες!

Είναι ψυχολόγος που σε παίρνει σοβαρά και προσπαθεί να σου δώσει ο, τι γνώσεις έχει στην διάθεση της . Άλλαξα 2-3 ψυχολόγους για να Καταλλειξω στην Κ. Σοφία καθώς είναι η πρώτη που αφιέρωσε χρόνο και κόπο για να με βοηθήσει...πλεον πάμε στον 3 χρόνο ... ΥΓ οποίος ενδιαφέρεται για ομάδες είναι στο σωστό μέρος !

Η κυρία Σοφία με πολύ υπομονή και κατανόηση με βοήθησε και να κατανοήσω τι με απασχολούσε και πώς να μπορέσω να το δουλέψω ώστε σε μία δύσκολη στιγμή να μην με καταβάλει πάλι. Πάντα ακούει με προσοχή και νοιώθω πως έχω έναν ειδικό δίπλα μου όποτε τον έχω πολύ ανάγκη.

Οι ομάδες που έχω κάνει και συνεχίζω να κάνω με τη Σοφία είναι ένα πολύτιμο δώρο αυτοφροντίδας στον εαυτό μου και αισθάνομαι ευγνώμων για αυτό! Οι συναντήσεις μας με ωθούν να σκεφτώ μέσα από μια άλλη, πολύ πιο ενδιαφέρουσα για μένα οπτική... Με βοηθούν να έρθω σε ουσιαστική επαφή με τον εαυτό μου και με τους άλλους, να αναλύσω τα συναισθήματα μου, τις σκέψεις μου και τις συμπεριφορές μου. Σοφία σε ευχαριστώ για όλα!
