Harīs Kapogiannis is a Pediatrician (MD, PhD) specialized in Pediatric Nephrology (Great Ormond Street Hospital). He works as a Pediatrician - Pediatric Nephrologist (Consultant) at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of the Pediatric Center of Athens. He maintains a private practice in Marousi. Harīs Kapogiannis specialized in Pediatrics at the University General Hospital of Heraklion. Subsequently, he worked as a Consultant at the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia." During this period, he was responsible for the Emergency Department and simultaneously specialized in Pediatric Nephrology. Concurrently, he completed his doctoral thesis successfully on bone metabolism in children with Sotos syndrome at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Subsequently, he completed his specialization in Pediatric Nephrology at the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, gaining significant experience in the management of all nephrological diseases of childhood. Harīs Kapogiannis is a certified member of the ESPN (European Society of Paediatric Nephrology), having already attended three postgraduate seminars in Pediatric Nephrology (ESPN/IPNA - Masterclass in Paediatric Nephrology, 2022/2023/2024). He has numerous presentations at Greek and international conferences as well as publications in international journals.
