Odontiatriki Kliniki Tzanakis Nikolaos Dds - Dental Clinic, a graduate of the School of Dentistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, is the scientific director of the clinic. He graduated in 2010 from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After working in dental clinics in the co-capital, he opened a private practice in his hometown of Heraklion, Crete in 2012. Georgios Vardakis, DDS, PhD is an oral surgeon and maintains a private dental practice in Heraklion, Crete. Since 2002, he holds a Doctorate with a dissertation in Periodontology. In the same year, he first came into contact with dental lasers, a technology that has since remained a consistent area of interest and development for him. He has attended numerous educational seminars and conferences, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of applications across nearly all categories of dental lasers. In 2007, he equipped his clinic with one of the most advanced lasers internationally, integrating its capabilities into daily clinical practice.

Simultaneously, he is active in surgical placement of dental implants, with consistency and adherence to evidence-based protocols, having served hundreds of patients with high satisfaction. He remains steadfastly committed to continuing education regarding implants and periodontology, regularly participating in scientific programs both in Greece and abroad. Paraskeuas Ioannis is a Dentist and operates his private practice in Palaio Faliro. He has been a scientific collaborator at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Endodontics. Dimakopoulou Xristina Kai Synergates is a Dental Surgeon - Implantologist with private clinics in the Zografou and Kifisia areas. She graduated from the Dental School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she was admitted with a ranking of 7th and received a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in Aesthetic Medicine and Facial Therapy from the University of Camerino in Rome and a postgraduate degree in Implantology from Steinbeis University Berlin and the German Implantology Federation DGI. Kexagias Nikolaos is a Dentist - Implantologist and operates a private dental clinic in Cholargos and Nea Smyrni. In 1992, she was awarded a Doctorate from the University of Athens in the field of Preventive and Community Dentistry. She holds a degree in Dentistry from the Dental School of the University of Athens and continued with a three-year postgraduate program (Master of Arts) in Toronto, Canada. For over 30 years, she has specialized in dentistry for children and adults with special needs. She has extensive scientific activity, including presentations at and attendance of numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, and has published articles in the Greek medical press on topics related to prevention and holistic dentistry. She is a founding member of the non-profit organization OD.ET.E.AS. (Dental Society for the Study and Support of Persons with Special Needs) and served on its Board of Directors from its establishment in 1992 until 1998. She is a member of the European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry, the Hellenic Society of Paediatric Dentistry, and other Greek and international scientific societies. Magdalini Thymi CV

Magdalini Thymi (DDS, PhD) was born and raised in Corfu. She graduated in 2011 from the School of Dentistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She moved to the Netherlands soon after, where she started working as a general dentist. In 2016 she completed the three-year postgraduate program of Oral Kinesiology at the Department of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction (OPD), Academic Center of Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA) and Vrije Universiteit (VU). The postgraduate program involves training in the areas of orofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders, bruxism and oral parafunctions, tooth wear, and dental sleep medicine. In 2020 she defended her doctoral thesis, entitled 'Exploring the facets of bruxism: Classical negative consequences, clinical experiences, and novel diagnostic approaches', obtaining the title of Doctor from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). The thesis deals with the negative consequences of bruxism such as pain in the masticatory muscles, as well as modern methods for its diagnosis. She has published articles focusing on bruxism in internationally recognized scientific journals. From 2019 to 2022 she worked as an assistant professor in the OPD department of ACTA, fulfilling research and educational activities. Over time, she continuously worked in clinical practice, where from 2016 she dedicated herself to her specialization, working in Special Dentistry centers in The Hague (2016-2017) and Amsterdam (2017-2022). There she gained experience working within multidisciplinary teams, where dentists, physicians, psychologists and physical therapists work harmoniously together to effectively treat people with complex oral health issues. In 2022, she returned to Corfu, where she opened a private dental practice in 2023. She is the elected secretary of the European Academy of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction (EAOPD). She loves literature, contact with nature and the musical traditions of Corfu.

Lina Galanopoulou is a Dentist and operates a private practice in Marousi. She holds a degree from the School of Dentistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in aesthetic dentistry from St. Ann's Centre for Postgraduate Dental Studies in Manchester, United Kingdom, as well as a postgraduate degree from the University Dental Clinic of Vienna in Austria. Xaralampis Konstantinos is a Dentist who operates a private practice in Rhodes. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Albert Szent-Györgyi University of Szeged in Hungary and later from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. He received further training in Implantology and Advanced Implantology from the Scientific Society of Oral Surgery in Athens and has worked as a General Dentist at the "Whitburn Dental Center" in Scotland. Kaproula Maria is a Military Dental Surgeon and operates a private dental practice in Ilion. Upon completing her studies at the Military Nursing Officers School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which she graduated with distinction and ranked first among her peers, she pursued dental studies at the Dental School of the same institution.
