Kalogeropoulos Petros MD, PhDc is a Nephrologist with private practices in Chalandri and Argos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and is a doctoral candidate, with a dissertation titled "The effect of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors on renal function in patients with primary glomerular diseases in remission" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During his specialty training, he was trained in all areas of Nephrology (clinical nephrology, glomerular diseases, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, routine outpatient clinics for chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, and follow-up of recent transplant patients), in the placement of central venous catheters under ultrasound guidance, in performing native kidney and renal graft biopsies, in urine sediment analysis, and in renal ultrasound imaging. Since December 2025, he has been practicing as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “IKA”. Concurrently, he worked from June 2021 to November 2025 as a Nephrologist at M.C.A. “Polyxenia Renal” and from 2022 to 2024 as an Academic Fellow at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens within the Nephrology Unit of the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic at the General University Hospital "Attikon", engaging in clinical, teaching, and research activities. He has attended numerous Greek and international conferences, having also participated as a speaker. Finally, he has numerous publications in international journals and serves as a reviewer for Clinical Kidney Journal and Cureus.
