Πρήξιμο και εξόγκωμα στα ούλα ανάμεσα στους φρονιμίτες: αντιβίωση;

Καλησπέρα. Παρατήρησα ότι έχει πρηστεί το ούλο στην δεξιά μεριά του στόματος, ανάμεσα από τους δύο φρονιμίτες οι οποίοι έχουν βγει εδώ και πολλούς μήνες. Ακουμπώντας το σημείο διαπίστωσα ότι έχει κάποιο εξόγκωμα σαν σπυράκι και έχει αρχίσει να με πονάει. Χρειάζομαι καποια αντιβίωση;
