Εξαγωγή δοντιού και χειρουργείο ούλου την ίδια μέρα: είναι εφικτό;

Καλησπέρα. Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω: πρέπει να κάνω εξαγωγή, το τελευταίο κάτω δόντι αριστερή πλευρά, έχει γίνει ήδη απονεύρωση από ενδοδοντιστή πριν λίγα χρόνια. Επίσης, έχω ήδη κάνει εξαγωγή το προτελευταίο κάτω δόντι πριν από 2 χρόνια λόγω ότι βρέθηκε σπασμένο εργαλείο. Το εργαλείο βγήκε, αλλά έχει μείνει μέσα στο ούλο μάλλον γουταπέρκα... και μου δίνει πόνο. Μπορεί ο γναθοχειρουργός, την ίδια μέρα να μου κάνει το χειρουργείο στο ούλο + την εξαγωγή??? το ρωτάω, για να πάρω μια φορά αντιβίωση και για τα δύο αν είναι εφικτό. Επίσης, αν είναι εφικτό πώς θα μπορώ να τρώω αφού και οι δύο πλευρές, θα πρέπει να επουλωθούν? έχω τρομάξει. Θα έχω κινδύνους και παρενέργειες? ευχαριστώ.
