Εξαγωγή δοντιών άνω γνάθου και ραφή για αποφυγή επαφής με ιγμόρειο?
Αν γινει εξαγωγη στα τελευταια δυο δοντια της ανω γναθου πρεπει να γινει συραφη για να μην εχει επαφη με το ιγμορειο αντρο ?

Καλησπέρα σας, συρραφή χρειάζεται μόνο στην περίπτωση που υπάρχει στοματοκολπική επικοινωνία (δηλαδή επικοινωνία του ιγμορείου με την κοιλότητα της εξαγωγής.) Αυτό θα συμβεί μόνο στην περίπτωση που οι ρίζες των δοντιών επικοινωνούν με το ιγμόρειο, κάτι που θα φανεί με την ακτινογραφική εξέταση της περιοχής.
