Ζάλη μετά το εμβόλιο γρίπης όταν γυρίζω το κεφάλι μου δεξιά;

Μετά το εμβόλιο της γρίπης παρατήρησα ελαφρά ζάλη όταν ξαπλώνω και γυρίσω το κεφάλι μου προς τα δεξιά. Επίσης όταν ξυπνάω το πρωί. Είχε συμβεί και στον περσινό εμβολιασμό για κάποιες μέρες και μετά υποχώρησε είναι λογικό αυτό;
