Ξαφνική ζαλάδα, έντονη εφίδρωση και εμετός κατά την κίνηση αυχένα - Τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας!Εχω και δυο μέρες εντελώς ξαφνικά ήμουν ξαπλωμένη και πρώτη φορά ένιωσα τρομερή ζαλάδα με έντονη εφίδρωση και εμετο!Πηγα σε ΩΡΛ αλλά δεν βρηκε κάτι.εχω εντοπίσει ότι έχει μειωθεί η ζαλάδα αλλά προέρχεται με το που κάνω απότομη κίνηση του αυχένα!Που να απευθυνθώ;;
