Ζαλάδα όταν ξαπλώνω στην αριστερή πλευρά - Αιτίες και ειδικός γιατρός

καλημέρα σας θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω για ζαλάδα που έχω όταν ξαπλώνω μάλιστα από την αριστερή πλευρά η ζάλη μου είναι περιστροφική για λίγο όταν είμαι όρθιος δεν συμβαίνει αυτό το πράγμα μπορείτε να μου πείτε από τι μπορεί να είναι & σε ποιον γιατρό να απευθυνθώ? ευχαριστώ!!
