Φαγούρα στον κόλπο και πρωκτό μετά από αντιβίωση: Τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας, μετά από πολλές φορές που πήρα αντιβίωση τελευταία για διαφορετικούς λόγους παρουσίασα φαγούρα στον κόλπο και στον πρωκτό. Δεν έκανα καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού και έβαλα υπόθετο pevaryl για 4 βράδια γιατί δεν μπορούσα να αντέξω τη φαγούρα μέχρι να πάω για καλλιέργεια αλλά δεν έχω θεραπευτεί πολύ λίγα πράγματα και κάθε βράδυ ξανά πάλι φαγούρα. Τι μου προτείνετε?
