Χαμηλή ft4 με φυσιολογικό tsh σε 10χρονη: Χρειάζεται μαγνητική;

Η κόρη μου 10 ετών έχει χαμηλή ft4 με φυσιολογικό tsh. Μας είπαν ότι ίσως χρειαστεί μαγνητική παρότι δεν έχει συμπτώματα για κάτι. Πρέπει να ανησυχώ??

Αν η Τ4 είναι ξεκάθαρα χαμηλή, οι συνάδελφοι αναζητούν την πιθανότητα να μην στέλνει σωστά σήμα στον θυρεοειδή η υπόφυση. ΑΝ αυτό ισχύει, θα χρειαστεί το παιδάκι σας να πάρει χάπι θυρεοειδούς. Επίσης, ανάλογα με το ποιος το προκαλεί αυτό, μπορεί να χρειαστεί και άλλες αγωγές αναπλήρωσης ορμονών. Συνήθως, όμως, δεν συμβαίνει κάτι και η μέτρηση αυτή είναι τυχαία χαμηλή, οπότε τα περισσότερα παιδιά δεν χρειάζονται καμία βοήθεια.
