Τι να κάνω για Χασιμότο, ατροφική γαστρίτιδα και χαμηλή B12 στα 41;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 41 ετών..έχω θυρεοειδίτιδα Χασιμότο 10.43 και αυτοάνοση ατροφική γαστρίτιδα με Apca 1/80(+). χαμηλή B12(183) και Φερριτίνη 23. έχω κάνει και γαστροσκόπηση, κολονοσκόπηση πριν από 1.5 χρόνο και είχε βρει ο γιατρός ότι είχα λίγες εστίες εντερικής μεταπλάσεως. ούτε ελικοβακτηρίδιο, ούτε δυσπλασία ούτε τίποτα....λαμβάνω τώρα tirosint 100mg, γιατί η Τ4 μέχρι και 88 δεν με έπιανε καθόλου..που είπε η παθολόγος και έκανα και ενέσεις B12 τις τρεις και ανά μήνα θα κάνω μια για ένα 6μηνο...υπάρχει κάτι άλλο που θα μπορούσα να κάνω?
