Πτώση αιμοπεταλίων σε 79χρονη με κολπική μαρμαρυγή και xarelto: ανησυχία;

Καλησπέρα σας, η μητέρα μου 79 χρόνων παρουσιάζει σταδιακή πτώση αιμοπεταλίων, οι υπόλοιπες αναλύσεις αίματος είναι φυσιολογικές (αιματοκρίτης, αιμοσφαιρίνη, ερυθρά, λευκά αιμοσφαίρια) όπως φυσιολογικός είναι και ο σίδηρος και η φερριτίνη. Ηπατικά ένζυμα φυσιολογικά. Από το 2019 παίρνει το xarelto 20, 1 διουρητικό και χάπι για την ταχυπαλμία concor γιατί διαγνώστηκε με κολπική μαρμαρυγή λόγω ανεπάρκειας της τριγλώχινας. Είχε πάντα χαμηλά αιμοπετάλια με ανώτατο 168000 αλλά μετά το αντιπηκτικό σταδιακά σκαμπανεβάσματα 150, 130, 124, 111, 116 και το τελευταίο πριν 2 μήνες 95. Να ανησυχώ?
