15 εβδομάδων έγκυος με πόνους και βλέννα με αίμα - ανησυχία;

Είμαι 15 εβδομάδων εργάζομαι κανονικά με αρκετή ορθοστασία νιώθω έντονα τραβηγματα και πόνοι στη μέση . Η εγκυμοσυνη Μ μέχρι στιγμής εξελίσσεται φυσιολογικά. Σηνερα είδα λίγο βλέννα με αιματακι ελάχιστη ποσότητα στο εσώρουχο. Ο γιατρός μου συνέστησε utrogestan και ήπια δραστηριότητα . Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό;
