Πόνος δεξιά στο στήθος και πλάτη με δυσκολία κατάποσης και βραχνάδα τι μπορεί να είναι;

Καλησπέρα εδώ και καιρό έχω μόνιμα ένα πόνο μπροστά δεξιά στο στήθος και πίσω στην πλάτη που συνοδεύεται με δυσκολία στην κατάποση και βραχνάδα μόνο από δεξιά. Όταν κάνω κάποιες κινήσεις πονάει. Έχω πάει σε ορθοπαιδικό με είχαν βοηθήσει κάτι χάπια μυοσκελετικά αλλά τώρα ξανά έγινε μπορεί να είναι κάτι άλλο;
