Δυστυχώς οι κακοήθειες στον λάρυγγα δεν οφείλονται μόνο στο κάπνισμα ή/και τη χρήση αλκοόλ. Υπάρχουν και σπάνια είδη καρκίνου της περιοχής που προκύπτους σε οποιαδήποτε ηλικία. Στατιστικά οι πιθανότητες είναι μικρές, αλλά συμβαίνει. Λογικά το ίδιο ισχύει και για τον οιδοφάγο αλλά ως ΩΡΛ δεν μπορώ να σας πληροφορήσω σχετικά.
