Διακοπή ρινικών spray πριν από ένεση PRP για ρήξη χόνδρου καρπού;

Καλησπέρα. Σε 4 ημέρες έχω να κάνω ένεση PRP για μερική ρήξη τριγώνου χόνδρου στον καρπό. Παράλληλα επειδή έχω πρόβλημα με τη μύτη μου χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά 2 ρινικά spray με δραστικές ουσίες δεξαμεθαζονη και φλουτικαζονη. Και τα 2 έχουν αντιφλεγμονώδη δράση. Θα πρέπει να διακόψω τη χρήση τους πριν και μετά την ένεση;

  • Θα μπορούσατε απλά να αναβάλλετε για λίγες μέρες την έγχυση αν πρέπει να κάνετε τη θεραπεία για το αναπνευστικό
