Καλησπέρα. Θα μπορούσατε σας παρακαλώ να μου εξηγήσετε τι σημαίνει το παρακάτω αποτέλεσμα της αξονικής και τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων Έντονο βλεννογονιο οίδημα δεξιού γναθιαιου άντρου, με σχεδόν πλήρη κατάληψη αυτού

Καλησπέρα. Σημαίνει ότι το ιγμόρειο είναι γεμάτο. Πιθανότατα χρειάζεται χειρουργικός καθαρισμός. Ευχαρίστως να συζητήσουμε από κοντά για τις ενοχλήσεις που έχετε, να εξετάσω τη μύτη σας (και) με ενδοσκόπηση και να δω οπωσδήποτε και το CD της αξονικής , ώστε να μπορώ να σας συμβουλεύσω περαιτέρω

Είναι στοιχεία χρόνιας ιγμορίτιδας και μάλιστα μιλάει για σχεδόν πλήρη κατάληψη του ιγμορείου. Χρειάζεται χειρουργείο ενδοσκοπικής χειρουργικής ρινός και παραρρινίων κόλπων για να καθαριστεί.
