Μετά από 6 μήνες πονοκεφάλους και φλεγμονή σφηνοειδούς κόλπου, να κάνω αξονική μετά dalacin;
Μετά από 6 μήνες πονοκεφάλους, έκανα μαγνητική εγκεφάλου και έδειξε φλεγμονώδεις αλλοιώσεις στο δεξιό πλάγιο του σφηνοειδούς κόλπου με πλήρη κατάληψη αυτού. Κανένας γιατρός τόσο καιρό δεν είχε καταλάβει τίποτα. Μου έδωσαν dalacin για 10 μέρες και έπειτα αξονική σπλαχνικού κρανίου με σκιαγραφικό. Να κάνω την αξονική κατευθείαν μετά τη διακοπή της αντιβίωσης? Επίσης αν δω βελτίωση στις 10 μέρες αντιβίωσης, μπορώ να αποφύγω την αξονική?

Καλησπέρα σας αν δείτε βελτίωση δεν είναι απαραίτητη η αξονική άμεσα αν και μπορεί οι πονοκέφαλοι να μην σχετίζονται με την σφηνοειδίτιδα θα φανεί αν επιμένουν παρά την αγωγή που θα πάρετε
