Υπάρχει κίνδυνος για ΣΜΝ από εφάπαξ στοματική επαφή χωρίς προφύλαξη 3 χρόνια πριν;

Καλησπέρα σας. Είχα κάνει στοματικό χωρίς προφύλαξη πριν 3 χρόνια σε έναν που γνώρισα στις διακοπές. Όμως έγινε μόνο μια φορά και ήταν περισσότερο με το χέρι παρά στοματικό και δεν ήρθα σε επαφή με υγρά. Δεν έχω κάποιο σύμπτωμα για ΣΜΝ και έκτοτε έχω σταθερή σχέση, ο οποίος επίσης δεν φαίνεται να έχει κάποιο σύμπτωμα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω κολλήσει κάποιο ΣΜΝ λόγω αυτού του συμβάντος;

  • Καλησπέρα σας, ακόμα και μία μεμονωμένη επαφή χωρίς προφύλαξη μπορεί να ενέχει μικρό κίνδυνο μετάδοσης σεξουαλικώς μεταδιδόμενων νοσημάτων (ΣΜΝ), όπως ο ιός HPV, ο έρπης ή η γονόρροια, ακόμη και αν δεν υπήρξε επαφή με σωματικά υγρά. Ωστόσο, η απουσία συμπτωμάτων για τρία χρόνια και η σταθερή σας σχέση μειώνουν την πιθανότητα να έχετε προσβληθεί από κάποιο ΣΜΝ.
    Για απόλυτη βεβαιότητα, συνιστώ να κάνετε μια εξέταση αίματος ή άλλα διαγνωστικά τεστ για ΣΜΝ. Αυτός είναι ο πιο αξιόπιστος τρόπος για να αποκλείσετε την παρουσία κάποιου νοσήματος.
