Κάψιμο στον κόλπο μετά την επαφή: Πιθανές αιτίες και λύσεις;
Καλησπέρα! Τις τελευταίες δύο φορές που ήρθαμε σε επαφή με τον σύντροφό μου μετά την επαφή αισθάνθηκα κάψιμο στον κόλπο το οποίο μετά από λίγη ώρα άρχισε να υποχωρεί. Δεν έχει συμβεί ξανά παρόλα αυτά μέχρι σήμερα κάτι αντίστοιχο τι μπορεί να σημαίνει αυτό;

το κάψιμο μετά τη σεξουαλική επαφή μπορεί να οφείλεται σε απλό μηχανικό ερεθισμό ή σε μικροτραυματισμό, αλλά συχνά σχετίζεται και με κολπίτιδα (μυκητιασική ή βακτηριακή) ή σπανιότερα με κάποιο σεξουαλικώς μεταδιδόμενο νόσημα (ΣΜΝ). Το ότι τα συμπτώματα υποχωρούν σε λίγη ώρα είναι θετικό, αλλά επειδή το πρόβλημα επαναλαμβάνεται, χρειάζεται έλεγχος.
Η σωστή διάγνωση γίνεται με γυναικολογική εξέταση και καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού, ώστε να διαπιστωθεί η αιτία και να δοθεί στοχευμένη θεραπεία.
