Πώς να διαχειριστώ απονευρώσεις με κρίσεις πανικού και αλλεργίες;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πρέπει να κάνω δύο απονευρώσεις. Έχω περάσει πολύ άσχημα, και έχω κακές εμπειρίες από κάποιους οδοντιάτρους. Τώρα οπότε πηγαίνω σε οδοντίατρο, με πιάνει κρίση πανικού, δεν μπορώ να μείνω με ανοιχτό το στόμα πολλή ώρα γιατί με πιάνει βήχας. Να συμπληρώσω, πως είμαι αλλεργική σε φάρμακα, επιτρέπονται ελάχιστα και δεν μπορώ να πάρω ηρεμιστικό. Τι θα μπορούσα να κάνω; Θα μπορούσαν τα 3 ραντεβού της απονεύρωσης να γίνουν 4-5; Να μην παραμένω δηλαδή στην οδοντιατρική καρέκλα από μια ώρα, τη φορά; Σας ευχαριστώ.

Να μειώνεται κατά πολύ ο χρόνος παραμονής σας στην οδοντιατρική καρέκλα.
