Καλησπέρα. 55 ετών ανδρας ΧΝΑΤΣ Οζ. σκλήρυνση, κρεατινίνη μεταξύ 6.5 - 7.7 ουρία 160 - 180 παραθορμονη 1200 ηλεκτρολύτες αλβουμινη καλοί. Δεν υπάρχουν οιδήματα ή δύσπνοια. Πρέπει να αρχίσει άμεσα αιμοκάθαρση;

Καλησπέρα σας,Να ξεκινήσει το συντομότερο και η παραθορμονη είναι σε απαγορευτικό επίπεδο.Νεφρολόγος δεν τον παρακολουθεί;;Όσο πιο νωρίς μπει στην αιμοκάθαρση τόσο περισσότερα προβλήματα προλαμβάνει και τόσο καλητερη γενική κατάσταση θα είναι και μπορεί να μπει σε λίστα για μεταμόσχευση αργότερα αλλά να είναι σε καλή γενική κατάσταση γι αυτό άμεσα ένταξη σε πρόγραμμα αιμοκάθαρσης.Καλη συνέχεια και ευχαριστώ πολύ
